Direct pay
Dr. DiCarlo is “out-of-network” for all insurance carriers. Patients are charged directly via credit card. This model allows Dr. DiCarlo to give more time and personalized care to each patient or family.
If requested, an invoice will be given to you that you may submit to your insurance. PPOs often reimburse a substantial portion (50-80%). If it is important to you to be reimbursed, it is recommended you contact your carrier for more information prior to scheduling.
